Because NastySnax products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, taste preferences, or orders placed incorrectly.
When We’ll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.
To request a replacement or refund:

The packaging

The shipping box (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method
What Isn’t Covered
We can’t offer refunds for:

Melted products after delivery

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Opened packages (unless defective)

Improper storage after delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
